I just spoke with these guys;
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SUBAR...item1c152d00d9 and , yes they can ship you an SVX radiator to France. Shipping is $89.00 on top of the $139.80 cost of the radiator.

They fit, and they hold pressure, but any radiator with a plastic tank will eventually fail, just like the factory Subaru ones. They are made in an Asian country, (I do not remember which one) and are identical to the Silla. The company that builds them is Dauphin.
