Car still wont start...

So I ran the CEL's this morning and got a #14 (#1 injector). I went around and disconnected all the injectors an then reconnected them and tried to start the car.... Nothing.... Ran the CEL's again and got a 24, 28, 37, and 11. Uhmmmmm, help????

I know why I am getting #37 by the way but the others are messing me up...

24 = Air Control Valve
28 = Knock Sensor #2
11 = Crank angle sensor

It seems odd to me that all 3 things woud just miraculously happen at the same time. Also I do not understand how simply unplugging and replugging in the #1 injector that it would stop throwing a code as all the injector slips were on properly.

I'd check the crank angle sensor. That would definitely mess up the starting process.

Is there a way to check it without simply plugging in another one to see if it makes the problem go away?

I'm sure if you stick a multimeter up to it, you'll know. However, I don't know the necessary readings that you're looking for. Someone like Trevor would know...

Don't you know bad things come in threes silly!?! My car hasn't broke down in over a year and a half now and all at once last week I blew a coolant hose, my starter died and both of my radiator fan motors died...so yeah it can happen! lol

Just cranking the engine for long enough will throw cam and crank sensor codes, check you have the necessary things like spark & fuel my vote is fuel try spraying some fuel in the manifold and see what happens, if it fires you're on the right track ,

disconnected a coil pack and hooked up a spark plug and tried cranking the motor and.... No spark. The SVX has 2 crank angle sensors though I believe, so how do I know which one to replace?

A bad water temperature sensor can cause your car to throw other codes as well.

I'm assuming you unplugged your battery for a while as well?

Bobby, it would be the one on the oil pump. The connector should be at a 90* angle... The other one should have a 45* angle

Swapped in the new sensor and the car is running... YT: vacuum= 16" and AFR= 14.8-15.6 at idle. Also,I am seeing 23" of vacuum under load...

P.S. I need the belt numbers for the 9psi pulley. I only wrote down the blower belt ##'s but not the other two.

16" is still low... Too low for that engine. Are your fans running or a/c on at idle??
