Let me get this straight.

Your email address in your profile is correct.
You are subscribed to several threads.
You do NOT recieve email notification of additions to these threads.
You are also not receiving email notices about new PMs.

Is all of this correct?

Correct. I did not get notification of this (your) response, either.

I have to check in every day and look for "new posts", even though several threads are listed as "subscribed to" in my CP.

I have already checked my Yahoo account "Spam" folder -- not there, and double-checked my filters and blocked addresses -- not there, either. I'm just getting no notifications at all.

so eh, 3 weeks later, theres still ALOT of sig pics, over 10 liners,quotes, big text, ect. Seems you only sent notices to change to 3 people. I think this is SLIGHTLY unfair to contributing members (Albeit with useful input or financially), especially when there are even members of the staff who's signatures aren't in compliance with the new rules.

If only some signatures were particularly annoying, why not simply ASK those few for a couple revisions?

Let me write something up more definitively.

Off the cuff here, your signature is 14 lines long, but you have 3 empty lines, so pruning it down to 10 lines shouldnt be too difficult.

Go to your User CP link (Located on the far left side of the gray bar, next to FAQ)

At the Control Panel, under Settings & Options, scroll down to Edit Options

Scroll down to the Thread Display Options section (Visible post elements) There are three boxes which can be checked or unchecked. The first box is Show signatures. Just uncheck that box.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save changes

I dont know how I missed this post before.

I send the change requests as I see the offending signatures. Seeing as I dont read every single thread, nor do I have time to sift through every profile, I clearly wont be able to get them all in a timely manner.

How about just turning off sigs? Since the sigs don't add to the server storage what's the big deal?????

This issue is looking more & more like a power struggle. Why make members do something that simple turning off sigs solves. Priorities are way compromised. We are not children, act like it!!!!!

Also why can we not use the quick reply text box instead of clicking reply?

Click the icon with the quill in the lower right corner of a post to enable the quick reply.

Shouldnt have to do that though. On my other V-bulletin forum i can type right in that box and reply without loading another page.
