WTB: Power steering line and window switch
So I've got a '96 LSi and the high pressure line is leaking out of the crimped part of it, and I need a new one. I also found the other day that the passenger side window switch doesn't work, so I need one of them too.
Thanks, Paul |

If you take the hose to a Hydraulic Hose shop near you, they can replace the hose with your ends for less than getting a new one.
I think I may have a passenger window switch, I'll let you know on Monday.

That would be great if you could check for me. I don't know of any hydraulic hose shops around me though, so that might be tough.

If you can't get it fixed local, I think I have some hoses, but I HIGHLY suggest getting it rebuilt. I have a switch, $15 shipped? Send me a PM

You live in the land of cheese. I'd bet you have 5 within 10 minutes of your house. Its simply a phone call away, less than $30 or so depending. The bottom attachment is a PITA on the later cars. Very tight to get in there without yanking stuff. 92-94s won't work for you as they have a hard line for a portion. IMO going with a 10+ year old hose is just asking for trouble esp when you can get one made so cheap. |
