Another good service story

I have to put in another plug for the dealership I have had my car serviced at (Heritage Subaru). I had the passenger side half shaft replaced. They had it done when promised (about 6 hours after I dropped it off), haggled with the warranty company for me (warranty company wanted to pay for an aftermarket part), and I got the car back washed, vacuumed, and not smoked in. The service counter guy called me several times during the day to keep me posted on the progress. This is the third time I've been there and I have yet to have an unsatisfactory experience. And man, does the car feel nice without that little vibration from the front wheel.
