MC squared

Happy Christmas to all on the Network or on Yahoo! who make these forums a great place to hang out.

It is 0.05 AM here in Ireland on Chistmas Day, and Santa has not come yet. My wife would have unkind things to say about the Internet and that last remark, but we will let that ride.

Hope you all have a noisy and a happy morning ahead.

Joe

It's ten minutes into Christmas Day here in KY. Just got home from a weekend with Sisters and Mom and Dad and . . .

Can't wait to go to bed and wake up to see what Santa's brought me . . . oh, that's right, I've got to put it all under the tree.

Merry Christmas to all of my "other family."

Weather's cold, no snow but kind of flurries...

Wish everybody on board very "Merry Christmas!"

Home safely

Super-Ru brought Jean and me back home this afternoon after a whirlwind trip to Georgia and Tennessee. (Praise the Lord for keeping me alive on I-95! It was CRAZY out there!) We spent our anniversary on a warm beautiful beach and Christmas eve and morning with my mother and brother in Johnson City. The only downside was that I had my old Continental tires remounted the day before the trip, and when we started out I noticed a bad vibration. I stopped into a Wal-mart in Wytheville, Virginia and they discovered a bent rim! (now I wonder how THAT happened?!) They REbalanced the tires and put the bent one on the back. It only shook between 60 and 70 so I kept her on 70+ for most of the trip.
We hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas! Don and Jean

Happy New Look!

The backroom boys have done us proud again. I love the new look, the nice shiny new buttons, the font, everything, and unless my eyes deceive me, there is a fresher look to the colour scheme, that makes it less gray than it used to be.
[Could there have been a Southern Confederate influence on the original design?]

Scratch the last remark, I like gray, matches my hair these days.

Congrats boys, looks good.

Joe

Randy,

He's doing sly bald jokes again. Since you are the moderator, I request that you reprimand him.

Ask, Larry, and you shall receive.

Joe, at Larry's request, I have been asked to reprimand you for your sly bald jokes. Please do not keep pointing out Larry's lack of hair. He is very sensitive about his baldness and hates for people to point out his fleshy overtones on the top of his head. If he were not bald, his baldness would not bother him, but, since he is bald, he doesn't really like anyone mentioning the fact that he is bald. So, in the future, don't mention baldness in relation to Larry's head. Thanks so much.

Hope that helps, Larry.

Bald statement of fact:

I never mentioned the word bald in my post. In fact, in mentioning hair, I may have been giving the impression that I have some.

Randy, must remember not to ask you for help. Leastways, not of the verbal variety. And Larry, just ignore the moderator egging you on about the hair issue.

As regards the other thing, being frolically challenged, tell the Beautiful Naviguesser the 10th Anniversary Meet is coming up.

Joe

Hair today...gone tomorrow...

You can always count on Randy to get right down to the root of the problem...I keep telling you guys that Larry's brain has expanded to the point of forcing the hair out....Outside his office is a old Civil Defense warning sign..."Beware of Fallout!" Don

Larry: My hairline is advancing to the rear at quite a rapid rate itself. Is there any way to glue those little suckers back on?

Sight for sore eyes...

<The backroom boys have done us proud again. I love the new look, the nice shiny new buttons, the font, everything, and unless my eyes deceive me, there is a fresher look to the colour scheme, that makes it less gray than it used to be>

So THAT is what it was! I thought after our trip, that I was needing new bifocals.

I never thought I'd live to post 800...

Significant Technical Input
As long as a 'fault line' doesn't develop through the middle of where your hair was you don't have much to worry about.
