You're in for a treat it looks like. That looks a little more rusted together than the Brat! Basically losten the axle nut (I think its a 32mm on the 82's but am not positive. Take the caliper off. Slide it off the pin. Tie it up to the strut with wire or something so its out of the way. Remove the caliper holder. Reomve the axle nut and screw (not sure if you have screws holding the disk hub on there or not. They really suck!!!). Hopefully you'll get lucky and won't need a puller but it looks like you will.

That sounds about right. They look very similar to the ones on my little red wagon. The rotor is actually bolted to the hub. I took the whole thing off and then unbolted them. Be sure to clean up the mounting surface well before installing the new rotors. Also - if you have the 5 spd with hill holder the brake piston has to turn clockwise as you push it in. There is a tool that attaches to a ratchet to do this or you can be creative. Not too hard a job unless you shear off a bolt. Good luck trying to loosen the brake bleeders without shearing them off. Not sure what the torque spec is on the axle nut but too loose and it will crunch, too tight and you'll cook the bearings.
You might want to check the ultimate suby message board before going any further.

I quickly gave up on that. I'm dropping ot off at the garage up the street tonight. I dont think it's safe enough to make it do Kerven.

Brake rotors. It really isn't as hard as you think! Just takes some time, some good penetrating oil and some muscle. Remind them about the hill-holder! Otherwise you'll get it back and it'll be no working or the next hill will be a whole lot of fun!

It's a lotta fun when the hill holder gets stuck on, especially when the cars RWD. It will lock up one front wheel and the car will do sideways burn outs all the way down the road.

Only thing that stinks about the hill holder is the e-brake is on the front wheels so e-brake rear end slides are out.

Yes but in a RWD converted one it makes the best line lock ever made.
