or maybe just go all out and turn it into your own rally car. I alsways thought it would be fun to have a car I wouldn't mind beating on all over dirt roads. And No Subafreak you can't be my co driver since you did a terrible job of warning me abou the line.

Just checking out your XT6 again Huck. Good looking car.

And it got me to thinking has anyone else seen or know more about the XT's that came with the factory body kits or the RX sedans? I'v seen two of the XT's, one a long time ago and another more recently in a car lot, not exactly good looking but would be cool to have one. I saw one RX sedan a long time ago at a gas station, it was pretty cool. When I had my 87 GL-10 I wanted to put RX ground effects on it and then I saw a factory RX, had no idea they existed till then.

As far as I know there was never any Xt's with a factory body kit, though there was an aftemaket company that offered one.
But the the GL/Loyale had the RX sedan and coupe that had a factory body kit (rear spoiler, Side skirts, and Front air dam), but the kit for the sedan was much more subdued, than the 3 door coupe's

Mike, can you get under it to look how bad the rust is? From looking at the picture it looks to be in really god shape otherwise.
I looked at a Brat for Bobby last year and it was so rusty I was sure nobody would ever buy it because of the rust.Guess I was wrong because I have seen it go by my house several times.
What I am getting at is it probably is not that bad and it seems like a good deal if you could get it cheap. So go for it.

Wow somebody acctually made a body kit for the XT. Was it a Japan import kit? I just assumed Subaru put a few through. Altho the I saw the XT's years apart, both of them were white so it could have been the same one. Either way they must be rare.

To see the aftermarket XT kit:
http://xt.zybx.com/FAQs.htm
A couple pics of it about halfway down the page.
It's no longer in production.

Cool page, I didn't know the XT was in any video games. As for the body kit, like I said not exactly good looking but kinda cool to have.

If anyone is interested in those kits, my boyfriend knows someone who has it brand new in the box from the dealer. It has a black primer spoiler and all the ground effects.

Hey Mike, did you decide whether you are getting the RX or not?

You mean the kit for the XT?
If so PM me some info and a price, I bet someone on the XT6 board would be interested.
