Gee, just what I need.
 He lists that he has installed delta speed lip front spoilers and they are on the stock bumper.

The bumper? You would need to get a set of the "delta speed lip front spoilers" and paint them along with your bumper Barcelona Red. That is the color of the bumper anyway. In your case, you may want to match your car's color!
I am not sure who sells them, but maybe Motorsports does, or could tell you who does.Wheels

Actually, upon further review of the picture, in order to get your front end to look like that, you would need the lips, jdm badge, clear corners, 97 grill, and no front license plate....

just checked your locker again....I'd forgotten how good yours already looks from the front. But I am curious about the lack of a plate. Have you ever been pulled over for that? I only ask, cause my rs doesn't have one, and I really don't want to take off the european plate that's on it to put one on.

No I have never been pulled over for not having a front plate. Try driving around town and notice how many existing and newer cars don't have plates! Mine will stay off until then!

I have heard some rumors recently that CO is thinking about doing away with front plates. Don't know if there's any truth to that, but it would be nice.
