Which fluids for my manual trans swap - need advice

I have a 2004 Forester manual in my AWD SVX and of course the related diffs. Could I get a recommendation on what fluid to use for the manual and for the diffs? Doing some searches reveals that Suabaru may have some real specific requirements. I had a trans shop do the swap some years ago and I haven't dealt with this first hand until now. TIA

Re: Which fluids for my manual trans swap - need advice

I prefer Valvoline synthetic 75w-90 gear oil in the manual Subaru transmissions and the rear diff. Any 90 weight gear oil will work though, I have just had good luck with the Valvoline synthetic. If the car were a beater I would just use the cheapest 90 weight gear oil I could find heh.

I ended up going with 75-90, thanks for the help.
