I'd be quicker for a complete lap by about 6-8 seconds based on my sector splits based on that lap. Although that was only 7 psi, no timing, 100 RON. With 10 psi, decent timing and E85, the EG33 would come to life

I got to play with a tube frame chassis rear engined fibreglass racecar with a Porsche engine in it a bit later... he was nice and quick but the EG33 STI was a touch quicker.

Didn't say if it was solid lifters, but he gave all the technical info on the cams,

"4x AFP custom billlet race camshafts 1000bhp +".

We should be able to work that out.

Harvey.

Re: Camshafts for the EG33.

79mm custom billet crankshaft would be more interesting. Particularly at 52mm journals.

Anybody have any ideas who would possibly have made that and for how much?

Matt

Re: Camshafts for the EG33.

Not sure...Atomic is Nick Arias Jr.'s company. He's been very helpful when it comes to the EG33, especially pistons for it. I don't recall him doing any work on camshafts.

Anyone know what AFP stands for? Didn't have any luck searching the Internet for "AFP camshafts".

Thanks.

Bill

Re: Camshafts for the EG33.

Still looking for a cam profile for a car that runs 2000rpm to stock red-line. I plan on boosting in the future, just trying to line up all the ducks first.
