WANTED - Full set of OEM alloys for my 96 SVX
The wheels on my 96 are pitted, scratched, and have rust under the paint. The rest of the car looks like new, but the wheels make it look like sh*t.
I want to buy a set of 4 OEM alloys in VERY GOOD condition for a reasonable price. Pics are a must. Thanks in advance.

Why don't you just sand the wheels down and repaint them? It'd be a cheaper alternative.

Or go to a wheel-reconditioning specialist? They can repair just about any kind of weathering to a rim, and any curb rash.
I know someone had a set of wheels powdercoated, and that coating will probably last forever if they aren't damaged.

Wheels are very suseptible to chips from debris. Once powerdcoat gets a chip in it down to the base metal it's all over. Moisture contamination will get underneath the PC layer and cause more oxidation, which leads to more PC layer loss due to flaking and it keeps on going. Paint doesn't do this, and at least gives you the option to touch it up in the end with little worry about more flaking off(as long as the base metal is prepped properly)
