Oh, whew. So the Honda's just daily-driver then. Understandable. I've actually been tempted a few times to do just that...
Anyway, Under $2000 is generally a good quote for a full transmission job. That wasn't a dealer quote, was it?

No, that is just a quote I got from the Transmission shop by my house that specializes in Foreign makes. Yeah I am starting to have a regular car lot outside. The honda is going to work out nice as a little work car. Maybe I can save up for the 5 speed swap now that im not in a hurry to have transportation.
