Cool Power steering hose Mcgyver job

I have a few small holes in the power steering line (hard line in front of radiator). I was wondering if any one made thier own out of the straight steel lines you can buy at any car shop.....I feel that since alot of these SVX parts are now expensive and hard to come by the parts should be made at home...Alot of the car may "look" complex...But thats all they do is look hard to play with, its actually really easy if you put your mind to it... Not to say that it is all basic stuff but common parts break because they are cheaply made or mass produced.....If you have any ideas please tell me...If you need help just ask.....Im starting to work on a really strong tranny to solve that problem..

Im pretty sure I know the peice you're talking about. It's lke a really really long U shape., right? Provided you have the tools to do so, there's no reson a part like that can't be hand made.

As for the really strong tranny, I dont know how much you've read on this board so far, but there are MANY alternitives, alot with custom fab work done. Solutions includinmg but not limited to tranny coolers / filter systems, legacy tranny implants, and even 5/6 speed manual swaps
