oh damn, help please!

Well, I removed my intake manifold to replace the knock sensors and PCV valve, that was the easy part:

I ended up cracking some hoses, and the plastic parts they connect to.
specifically, the pieces attached to the manifold. where the red connector and the black connector attach are pretty much gone, I need part numbers to replace them. Also ,there is a black plastic box attached to the manifold by three bolts, with connections for two hoses.

Please help out, if necessary I can provide pics

basically i sheared the nipples off these three sensors and need replacement parts ASAP, im sure some of you have done the intake manifold before and know what these are. this is turning out to be more expensive than planned

well, I figured out every expensive sensor lost their nipples, hoses cost $8 apiece, and life sucks.

the induction control solenoid valve,
the vacuum tank, and the purge control solenoid valve, which is adding up to a bill of near $200...
