Danny/Tom, Did you also know sex was good for washing the uric acids out of your body?!
Uric acid buildup can cause Gout, the painful swelling of joints (no pun intended).
Most Doctors perscribe ALLOPRINOL, taken daily to prevent painful Gout attacks.
But with enough regular boinkin, some people can stop taking it!

Wait till you turn sixty, then you will probably meet this guy by the name of "Arthur Itus." He can make you hurt all of the time. But on the bright side he can enable you to predict the weather quite accurately.

My knuckles are making me remember alot of foul balls from 45 years ago and my hip keeps telling me that there's a titanium/teflon ball joint in my future and that the SVX is way too low to get in and out of.

I just refuse to listen. It's mind over mater.
If I don't mind, it doesn't mater.

My doc told me I shouldnt look into playing catcher next season. My coach thinks im best suited to be a catcher because he said im good at being an on field manager. That and the fact that our other catcher didnt like to get dirty on the field like I did. I dont mind bleeding and getting my uniform dirty. Maybe I can be signed by the phills and take over for mike lieberSTALL lol.

Being everyone wne toff on danny's sex comment, Ill take the other path and say that a jacuzzi / spa treatment is great for relieving sore joinst, ESPECIALLY in the winter. My boss had ripped apart his shoulder and his knee working in prision, and he bought a jacuzzi to relax the muscles in. He says its the single best investment he has ever made.
