Bittersweet Reunion
I'm in the SVX -- not completely fixed yet -- having to run with the resistor unplugged.
900.00+ in Rental, no mention of charge for the work on the tranny --- I'm on the road again. Full report later -- gotta get home to take my daughter out for her birthday. Thanks for the Prayers.

There's nothing like sliding into that seat after months away.
Glad you're back together. Doug

Sooo....
...I assume they never got around to pulling it out yesterday? I wish you had it back fixed, but I can understand just getting it back is a step forward at this point.

Anybody got a known good dropping resistor I can use for a test. If I've gone through all of this just for a dropping resistor, I'm going to be LIVID!!!

This idea could be flawed, but removing the resistor boosts the line pressure, right? Check the resistor with an Ohm meter for continuity. If it checks o.k. I'd suspect a leak inside...
