Power Steering Error Code #2?

My car was fine until I decided to move the car without starting it. I put it in Neutral and pushed and pulled on it till I moved it to were i wanted it. I was turning the wheel pretty hard. I go to start it up and the "Steering Light" is on in the dashboard and a horrible ticking noise can be heard from the engine right near the power steering fluid resevour (the noise is related to engine speed). I ran the error codes and I get a Trouble code 2 "Open in Solenoid system ciruit." Anybody know what this is or how to fix it???

Is it possible you have a loose/broken connection to one of the sensors/solenoids?

Unclipped connection was my first thought since I have my car ripped apart to install a new stereo. Couldn't find any loose connections. I'm out of other ideas
