Not a single thread I recognize...

...but I'll try to catch up.

The news:

1. The SVX rolled over 128,000 miles last week with every bit of grace that it has shown me over the past two years.

2. I noticed that the colon mark in the SVX's clock blinks at the same rate as the outside temp when you press the 'outside temp' button. I would, from now on, appreciate it if everyone referred to this as 'The Pockets Effect,' since I discovered it.

3. Oh, 'where were you,' you ask? My company's ISP dropped our area or went under or some crap like that, so we have not had a T1 since Thanksgiving. Fun. We actually had to send and receive external mail through a dialup connection.

4. I watched a broadcast of the Rally of Great Britain last night. Congrats, Richard Burns and Subaru. Smashing good show (or something like that). Brilliant.

I can see the strain must be getting to you. From "Teenage Hearthrob" to "Criminal Mastermind". Hope they get your ISP restored soon.

Welcome back "Mr. Pockets," aka: "CUbe," aka: "time toilet," aka: "the weird guy outside the Executive Inn in Evansville, IN, during the very early morning hours, taking pictures of his car reflecting neon lights." It just hasn't been the same without ya.
