No Heat - blows cold

I started the car again today, and the heat worked fine!

I performed the diagnostic 3 times with a 75 watt bulb shining on the sensor.
All three times showed no error code (00).

Coolant looks OK, but I may change it anyway. I will keep an eye out for a leaky valve. Any suggestions on where to look?
