Fuse Box Cover Sticker Help

Anyone know where I can get a SCAN or an actual sticker that sticks over the fuse box (located on the right side on the driver side). Looks like a yellow sticker with a fuse diagram sticker on the cover? Mine is missing, or is there not one? Help!

Better late than never.

This is an actual size recreation of the main fuse box cover. Download the pdf file and print it out on photo paper or other stock and use spray adhesive to affix it to the cover.

Or keep it in the glovebox as a reference. That is what I did, since my JDM cover is all in Japanese.
