Prodrive, fancy a factory visit ??

Hi all.

Through my links with the professional institutions we arranged for a guy from Prodrive to give a presentation in Lincoln on Monday night. It was interesting to learn some history of the company, the other manufacturers they have been involved in motorsport with apart from Subaru, and the sort of consultancy and r&d work they are doing now, as well as the BAR formula 1 team.

After the presentation the question of factory visits/tours was raised. The guy from Prodrive said they do factory visits, but they get booked up, so we would be more likely to get a date in 2004 now......... If there is interest in a visit (they are based in Banbury just north of Oxford on the M40) I can e-mail him and see what can be arranged.

Anybody interested ??

Phil.

Well we've got plenty of time to organise it if they really can't sort things out 'till 2004.

Airmiles ?? Can't you hitch a ride on that big boat parked in the bay you showed us pics of............

Fortunately I get Airmiles with my petrol account so I should have enough for the US meet by then.

Unfortunately, the way it looks, that boat will still be stuck on the rocks until 2005
