Very nice looking car on Ebay at
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Subaru-SVX-F...US_Cars_Trucks Does it belong to anyone here or anyone here have knowledge of it. Price actually sounds reasonable for the work done(I guess). No mention of transmission mods /repair though.

Missed the FWD only part. Keep forgetting Subaru's brief flirtation with FWD SVXes. Noted the wrong picture of the engine (emailed that to the seller as a kindness) and asked about the trans history for grins. Kind of like the red with the black hood playing off the black roof line and trunk. Loaded is a bit of a hoot for an "L". I'm also not sure the cloth interior per se is undesirable with all the crappy leather seats out there now. I have that industrial look fabric in my 95 and hopefully this spring we will install some black and grey Impreza seats in the front (first).

And is the very rare XLE model, with a one-year warranty too. And EVERYTHING except the "perfect" interior  had been replaced only 5,000 miles ago. Maintained by a certified mechanic who started when he was 17!.
