Was this before or after YT's latest tuning session?
Precision Tuning, Lakewood Township, NJ.

I don't have a corrected plot, but as I remember, it wasn't an extreme temperature day and Precision is pretty near sea level, so any correction should be minimal.

This was before YT's latest tuning session, but since he was focusing on driveability at low RPM's, and low part throttle and starting, I don't think he altered the areas of the fuel air maps that would affect full throttle, high load, over 3000 rpm operation.

is this measuring power at the wheels? So one would assume the engine losing ~25% through parasitic loss?

Yes. With AWD, at least 25%, but with the 5MT, somewhat less loss than with the automatic 4EAT.
