New to the site and the SVX game

Hey whats up everyone? i'm new to the site and the SVX game but i just acquired a 1992 SVX type L. And I am indeed in love with this car the automatic tranny was just rebuilt at 100k. motor currently has 168,xxx miles on it. starts and runs great just needs a few small things.
1:valve cover gaskets
2: rear diff. bushings
now my question where do i get theses parts from?? no local autoparts dealer carries them??
but i just thought i'd pop in ask a few questions an hopefully get some answers and enjoy the community

Re: New to the site and the SVX game

1stsubaruparts.com and subaruparts.com. I think one is cheaper but with more expensive shipping. Both pretty good.

For the rear diff mounts, it's a massive pain to change them, but there are some inserts made by whiteline that fit. I don't have time to find the link for you right now, but if you search the site you'll be able to find the part number.

Also, welcome!

Welcome to the site. That is what we are here for - to help members keep their SVXs on the road and help keep repair bills down. I will try to find that link and maybe someone else will find it as well. Enjoy the car and visit here often. Welcome to the site.

You can go to the Registeration Forum and list your car under the year and you will get the badge that you see on some members posts.
