Power Steering Problem

Alright so I felt something strange with my power steering yesterday. Can't really explain it I guess but it makes a noise if I turn the wheel. So I popped the hood after I let the car run for a bit and I notice the power steering fluid thing is covered in fluid. At first I thought it was a leak but the entire top of it is covered so I opened it up, looked inside and the power steering fluid is foaming. So I'm guessing the fluid everywhere is because it's foaming up and out of the cap. Any advice?

You need to replace the PS Pump O-Ring. There is a write up in the "How-To" docs ^^^^ up there...

That can cause the fluid to foam? Alright. I'll have to get an o-ring. Umm another question.. in the write-up it says to put transmission fluid in. I thought I needed power steering fluid?

"Power steering" fluid isn't going to hurt anything, but spec is transmission fluid. No need to spend more on the former.

I couldn't find just Dexron III ATF.. I got some that says it's "Suitable for use in vehicles requiring GM Dexron II, Dexron IIE, Dextron III or Ford Mercon fluids." Would that be suitable?
