Fixed my driver's side lock for the second time in a month. This time I glued it in place. Let's see how long this one lasts.

I finally started mine after much time sitting. Looked at what I thought was a leaking exhaust donut to find that the pipe is rusted thru severely.

Oh well time for a new exhaust system EE3 lowbuck version coming up!

Also..finally got the car in the garage again.

I think I put close to 600mi on mine in the last 3 days
This week is being devoted to construction. I bought a metal car cover approx 18x24 from a friend. I have to dismantle it and move it a couple miles to my house, then reassemble.
No more working in the rain....wooohooo!

seems like i am doing something to it every day but that was the big one for me.... Old people (77 and still counting) need a compass.

What kind of mirror did you install? How easy was it?

What did you get done to your SVX this week?

Installed a coilover system on my Claret, lost the little finger on my right hand

Got and installed my new 6.5" crankshaft pulley, the metal shavings in my left eye will soon turn to rust, and then hopefully be gone.

Tried to fab up a new twin tube snorkus.
the fire is out now and yes I have alot to think about,

Did an "eyeball alignment" on the Pearlie....
I sure miss that car.....

Di wants me to go check out her errant gas gauge sender in the Silvers gas tank,

what could go wrong?

Over the weekend I fixed the crack in the top tank of the radiator using JB Weld. It ain't pretty but it's holding.
