I have my motorcykel for the summer, this is just a wintercar and for rainy days. When I get it I wont drive it for the first couple of months I think, I will build a soundsystem in it, buy Wheels and a littel styling and so on. But when the bike season is over, it will be worth the wait.

I was in your neighborhoods last weekend, me and my father drove down from Lulea to Ulricehamn and bought a "commuter" car for me , a -99 Xantia HDi in very good shape .... what's a 3000km weekend trip anyway  About the car, you don't really have to do much about it, we have the already superior Euro model  here in Sweden, it has a diffrent tranny that the US model and a more agressive gearing and suspension.(You should know that those US guys are really jelous of the Euro spec SVX )I cannot se that anything needs to be changed for the car to function a intended, not even in hi speed runs or "inspired" driving the tranny (or anything else) gets to hot. If you want even more power you can modify/change the exhaust system, it's really built to be quiet, not to perform maximum. One more thing about the power, the Euro spec model HAS more power that the smog'd US model, NO matter what the US guys says! The first figures back in -91 was 250HP but later revised to 240HP wich sounds a little to diplomatic to me The performance in snow and ice roads is not so good as other more suited cars like the Impreza or the Legacy, and not to forget other 4WD cars like WV and Audi and so on. The reason is that the SVX is built for SPEED not rallying, it's to heavy and the whole car protests when you power up a slide in 100km/h and asks you what the heck you are doing...-thats for rally toys! and way below my dignity! And ensteele.... -Nope that button is NOT the power button...it's the Econ button  //Sonar

Oooops Thanks for the correction. I am still getting used to the fancy Euro models and others that are not the USDM.
