What is the noise???????

Ok... so when I was bringing my car home yesterday, it was making junky noises when I hit bumps, (rattling, and pounding hard...) I dont think its the struts because it rebounds well........ is there bushings that could cause this? Where should I check first???

I want to go with the Koni setup, but cash is pretty tight right now so Id have to wait a bit... thats if indeed the struts are the problem....

Check the sway bar bushings

Could be strut mounts.

This sounds just like the "banging" in my car's LF corner. On broken blacktop it just sounds like a rattle, but over real imperfections in the surface it's loud enough to be embarassing! I've changed the ball-joints, swaybar bushings and installed the Koni struts with new bumpstops, but the noise remains. I looked good at the strut mounts during the Koni install, which appeared good and solid, but if that's what kind of noise they make that looks like the next thing. This racket has got to GO!!
