new guy with a smoking problem from exhaust

HI I have been lurking for awhile but now i am in a pickle. I have a 1992 LsL that smokes like a beast out of the exhaust. I took the manifold off cleaned it and installed a new pcv valve and vacume lines and it still smokes I also changed the oil and spark plugs and ran codes, the dip stick pops up too. There is also a popping sound comming from the exhaust when acclerating. Any ideas?

do a compression check on the motor. sounds like the rings have had better days or your cam belt jumped out of time which would explain the popping sound.just some ideas.

What are the compression numbers for the cylinders? Also the car runs real smooth and drives smooth to no hesitation i also did a 4.11 swap also if that helps.

synthetic doesnt burn quite as easily as dino oil..it looks as if you have oil bypassing your rings...

What color is the smoke. That can tell you a lot more than just arbitrarily fixing things.
White = Coolant
Blue = Oil
Black = Fuel

It is kind of hard to tell the color it smells like burning oil but it looks greyish in color my coolant level dosent change and my temp gauge is reading normal. Would a crack in the intake duct cause this problem? I found one in the bottom next to one of the lines that run into it, also does anybody know where I can get anthor one to replace it?

I thought it could be a leak in the system. So i took my air compressor and blew air through all the line to see if any were clogged or anything and i could here valve piston move everytime i shoot air through. I did fine one leak. I fixed it and it didnt change anything.
