Got the estimate
So I'm looking over this estimate.
They figure 1276.50 for labor, and 1457.99 for parts with 329.50 additional costs. That's way different than what we though. The biggest piece was the "luggage lid panel", assuming "quality recycled" condition. $500. New rear bumper cover going for $399.95. Had a talk with the body shop middleman, and there just happens to be a SVX scrapper in Anchorage. He's got a lid. Took more pics, doing another estimate, finding the parts, and about 9-10 days after I haul it in, she should be back good as newly used, provided I pay in full.  Hohyeah, for those that remember, my roommate is moving out. Too bad he still owes me $640 in back rent. :|

Congrats. The estimate seems relatively reasonable for the damage thatw as done to your car. Hope you get her fixed up as good as new!

If you wanna get technical, which I don't but for illustrative purposes, I let him slide 125 for August, and I'm letting him get away with October.
The way rent works, is you pay for the month you've stayed, not for the month you're going to stay. He doesn't realize this, or does and thinks I don't. So he should be owing me another 250 (750/3) for October because he's moving out November 1st (hopefully). Were I greedy and a bastard he would still be over 1100 in the hole with me. Hm there goes my cf hood funding. Again. Then there's the dude who was here since mid August. He up and disappeared couple nights ago. Still owes me 250 and a key. Luckily my very good friend of 5 years who can keep a job and knows a lot of wimmenz is moving in. With my old room back and this news I can rest easily.
