Rear seatbelt noise

OK so I discovered my interior rattling noise! It's seems to be coming from the right rear retractable seatbelt (passenger side). I had the rear speaker tray removed by a suby mechanic when they put my rear struts on. How can I fix this? Anyone else experience this before?

Oh no a loose rear seat belt

I remember taking that out when I did my rear shocks. It is a tight place and bolts for seat belts are always real tight. So I hope they just forgot to tighten them up. That's better than stripping them out.

I think the rear interior has to come out to get to them. The parts by the windows and then the rear deck. It is a good way to sweat off a few pounds on a hot sunny day if the work is done in the sun.
