Ok, so my 2 rear valve stem caps are stuck...and they wont budge, they are the cool chrome ones if you're curious Is there a way to get them off without hurting the valve stem?

I'd try some penetrating lube. My favorite is PB Blaster. It shouldn't hurt the rubber on your stem, but be careful getting it anywhere eles - I can't promise that it won't hurt your wheels.

Oh, and check your tires more often.

i'll second the PB Blaster - good stuff!

Use one of those rubber strap wrench's to hold the valve stem or (easier) go to a tire store and have them replaced.

I think this is the first time I've ever heard of this problem.
