Oh, what was that Chrysler coupe thing exposed in pieces during quarter one? Looked hot!
Yup - a big TV wasteland.

Ron. (doin' the rave).
what about the reebok ad with the football player in the office building making sure things get done, and if they dont he goes and tackles them. i thought that was good.

Dunno', Ron. [/B]
That 'frat boy' is technically called a 'Mook'. The appearance of a mook by Madison Avenue teaches us that men - all men - are nothing other than adolescent boys (i.e. Peter Pan's Lost Boys). Look around. Mooks are everywhere. I'm as fun-loving and 'off the wall' as anyone, but the advertising geniuses who continue to equate manhood with irresponsibility and female degradation are beginning to get on my nerves.

Thumbs up

<but the advertising geniuses who continue to equate manhood with irresponsibility and female degradation are beginning to get on my nerves>

Amen brother Steve!!.....and for my 2 cents, throw in movies, TV shows and commercials that make all juveniles to be disresptectful know-it-alls, while their parents and other adults are brain dead wimps. That female degradation thing is RAMPANT in teenage movies.....and this stuff is generated from the folks in Hollywood that trumpet equality and fairness! Spare me....
Don

I don't get ABC on my dish, so I had to "watch" the game on the WEB. The office linebacker deal looked fun though, as long as you weren't the bellhop.... Thanks for posting that Solar! Don't party too hard down there in Orlando!!!

. . . who are the same people who are trying to declare the declawing of cats as "inhumane" while marching against forcibly removing Saddam Hussein from power.

i thought one of the funniest ads was the horses playing football. no female degradation, funny, and not TOOO stupid... and plus it showed creativity...(the puke on the windshield one was retarded though... i asked my friend what it was trying to sell like 30 seconds after, and he didn't even know... and hes a dodge truck guy )

I vote we send Terry Tate to take care of Sadaam.

Say this in a deep gravely, movie announcer voice -> "Terry Tate! UN Linebacker!"

I don't recall any of the adds denegrating the fairer gender.

I saw lot's O' chicks wrastlin' though!

Oh wait...that's what you meant isn't it?

Randy (Will never be too sensitive) ii

ps: I did see a large canowoopass opened on the Raiders too

The voting is in....Super Bowl commercials

The Budweiser horses with the instant replay was one winner....

....the castaway Fed Ex ad was also a winner. I didn't catch all the catagories on Headline News....Don

YEAH, Don, YEAH!!! Maybe that's what's behind my funk lately. Why is it the Drew Carey/Jim Beluchi pudge-o types can lounge around pounding Budweisers & farting with their neer-do-well pack of 60 IQ slob-buddies, while in the background there's a real hottie snickering in the background that makes fun of them, yet still STICKS AROUND!!??? I do my very best to be just like these TV hunks, yet I can't get the 70 year old Walmart greeter woman to give me the time of day, & I OWN AN SVX fer Gawd's sake!!!
Life just ain't fair.
Sigh....R.
