Do you have Excel? If so, I can send that file to you.

Re: Numbers of colors by year for US and Canada.
Thanks Yes, it is interesting. I thought Laguna Blue was rare, but it is the most common color in 94 of the cars I have registered. Who woulda thunk?

Re: Numbers of colors by year for US and Canada.
Earl
Thanks very much for that updated list. You're possibly aware my home system has been in a state of chaos for most of December. Unfortunately between work pressure and computer glitches I have not made any recent progress with the World list. However, I'm back in action now, and I'm going to dedicate a half hour per night to it, and get the Euro side of it finished to date. Looking at your North American lists I'm conscious that it represents current ownership status only and probably does not map exactly on to the sales patterns as they happened year by year. Most likely it is close though, and close enough to draw some conclusions. To me the obvious one is that Subaru missed a trick by not keeping Pearl White available all years, like it did Ebony. It was the strongest seller by far in 92, and even though it is only represented in two sales years here, it still came in second overall. Plus it's beautiful. Joe

Re: Numbers of colors by year for US and Canada.
Dark RED is the rarest and was white only in 1992

Re: Numbers of colors by year for US and Canada.
I could be way wrong...
But I thought silver, and tri-tone silver, was 92 only, and pearl white was available in 1992 and early 1994, as well, with all US market 1993s being anniversary models, and red, but then there was a different bright red later. The US never got the dark maroon ruby red color that other countries did get. Again, I could be wrong...

Re: Numbers of colors by year for US and Canada.
There is a different market and different colors depending on where you are talking about.
For the US and Canada: Liquid Silver was 92 only. Barcelona Red was 93 & 94, but all of the 93 in the US market were the 25th AE. I think the Dark Red you are talking about is the Bordauex Pearl. The Silver Tri Color was produced in 91, 92, and 93, and the US or Canada did not get that OEM color. I hope this helps. You can see all of this on the color chart for the US and on the World Color Chart. They also show the different colors and numbers for them.
