A/C overhaul complete

It's done. Changed the AC compressor, dryer and condenser, cleaned the evaporator, flushed, vacume checked and charged (1 can normal, 1 arctic freeze). It is blowing at 43 out the vents now. Only took 14 man hours to complete. Only LOL. Strangely I enjoyed every minute of it, I do love this car. Anyone in San Antonio or there abouts ever needs a hand call on me, i love working on cars,, well SVXs anyways.

Sure it still stands. Do you just need a recharge or is your system totally out? As for being busy I always have time for other members, working on cars or just hanging out. Give me the 411 on whats needed and we can set something up this weekend.

I remember my pealie ran out the R12 gas. Brought it to my mechanic and recharged the system. It was like "Alaska cold" ever since.

Recently I cleaned up the evaporator and blower fan of my silver one. It used smell like feet.
Now it smells like fresh lemon...since I used the cleaner that has that smell..I don't know if I like it but definitely better than smelling feet!
