Something rubbing under compression? ( I know you said knock) or at that rate what about full droop cause your lowered maybe something like the spring doesn't sit all the way down or doesn't stretch that far.

it is the linear gc coils that are compressed by weight and with the car as low as it is they are not moving for sure. has anyone else had knock probs with the car dropped lower. at first i thought the half shaft was hitting the sway bar linkage so to test i jacked the car up on stands and jacked the a arm up and they were not close to touching. then i look at the exhuast i have and that was not it ethier. can bearings make simalar bad cvboot noises. just on turns to the right with a little hard acceleration.

Have you tried to shake the wheel with it off the ground to see if there is any play? Just a thought.

How did you confirm that both shafts are still good? Just because the boot isn't cracked/leaking doesn't necessarily mean it's good.

well i could waste money on another one that was not replaced but the sound seems like it is coming from the drivers side of the car or middle. the older shaft is on the pass side. the drivers side has had 2 new ones resently replaced less than a month ago. i got my ex mechanic father going to look at it when i take it to the af base so i can lift it over our heads. i just want to get more ideas from u all because im stumpped. and if nothing is found i will replace it.
