"Factory" photo on Ebay
The wonders of ebay SVX auctions never cease. This one is a allegedly factory photo of the SVX for promo use, like 8x10 glossy or something. From the looks it probably really is too which makes this all the stranger... The front wheel is on backwards!

Yep, strangely enough, I have press photos of the SVX Pearl that was widely used as their promo car. The driver's side wheels are on backwards (actually the car is outfitted with two sets of passenger side wheels), while the pass's side is on correctly. You'll also notice this phenomenon on the Pearl used in the Road and Track Guide.
