Tranny problem Just got weirder

I posted that I was having a rear axle binding problem when turning and everyone said try installing the FWD fuse and see what happens? Well I did that and the binding stopped but the tranny doesnt shift past the initial gear so I certainly can't run it like that. What the hells going on with this crazy car? Putting the fuse cures shifting but binds rear when turning.

Do you mean it stays in first gear and wont change.

Yes it stays in first when I put the FWD fuse in and does not shift. But it shifts fine when I pull the fuse out but then rear binds when turning
