Midlands Meet...
Well, here it is.
Everything you wanted to know about the Midlands Meet, but were afraid to ask.... More detail to follow closer to the event - eg meeting places and finalised times etc. The story so far.... Probables Me Phil & Belha Phil & Angie Andy Arthur Monks Chrissvx Richard & Claire (Richdev) Matt & Claire Possibles Aubrey Taylor Ashley Winston SVX Midlands Meet Saturday August 16th and Sunday August 17th Outline itinerary (to be finalised closer to the date): Saturday afternoon Meet early afternoon (about 1pm)and convoy to Kenilworth Castle Park up in the Castle grounds (or car park if too many cars) Meet and greet, see the cars and the Castle (Free entrance for driver, passenger normal entry fee) Depart for your accommodation Evening drink and/or meal in Stratford (Own cost) Sunday morning Meet at the Heritage Motor Museum, Gaydon, about 10:30(Discounted entrance fee payable) Park up as a club (BMW club is also there) Get together, see the museum Bring a picnic (Sainsbury and Tesco close at hand) if the weather is good or eat in the cafe Sunday afternoon Depart for home when you are ready Contact: tonyshale@hotmail.com to be in the communications loop (and to reserve seats for the dinner) Maps and other info provided closer to the date |

Long time no see/hear! Would be good to actually meet you after 2 years of ownership and living in the same town!! Do you have any contacts in the local press? I was going to try to get an article put in. E-mailed the Courier, but no response as yet. |
