Tire/wheel vibrations.

There was two different brands on tires on my SVX when I purchased it a few months back. The tires vibrated when I was driving at sppeds between 60-67. I replaced all four tires with Yokohama AVS db2's. (Latest model). They were professionally computer balanced. The car still vibrates between 60-67. At all other speeds it is perfect. Does anyone have any ideas?

have you had an alignment recently?

I had some very un-alignment like vibrations and steering wheel shaking at highway speeds in my 96. i got new tires and had a 4-wheel alignment done, which fixed all my problems.

Thanks Dan. This must be my dumb day. I haven't had an alignment and I will try that. Hopefully, it will solve the problem.

Hmm... and have them check the rims... all it takes is one pothole. Trust me.

I agree. Regardless of what the rims look like, they could still be bent.
