I encourage anyone who enjoys this site and the people and information here to support the network by becoming a dues paying member.
Just a quick note that may affect some or all. It seems that when the url link on the page has "...." in it such as "www.svxworldnetwork.org/html/.....shipform . html...) It doesn't link.... How ever a link with just the www.svxworldnetwork.org with an explaination to go to the membership page, might actually get you there...
sorry if this sounds stupid but some of us spend more time with cars than computers.....

do I need my flame retardant pants??

Question Membership benefits

What are all the benefits of membership if the forums are to remain free to all? That part of the site doesn't work. And aside from cost, what are the differences in membership options, ie...Basic, Regular & Patron?

Maybe that's the problem.... Ok... no beans, no garlic, no onions, I stayed away from the spicy foods and vegies that don't agree with the aging digestive tract. I've not jumped into anyone's sh#t (except maybe Ca$h's.... sorry Ca$h) .... Now could someone tell me .... anyone tell me which is the "offical site"? is it .org or is it .net ....... Maybe just do a .com and see if we can make some money out of this.....

www.svxworldnetwork.org is the official sponsor of these forums. The SVX World Network is paying for the hosting and is paying for new hardware. Chris has built this place using his own money and donations from others of hardware and money. He maintains the physical server and performs countless other thankless tasks.

The board of directors (volunteer) has been on leave for a little while due to other obligations and an overall discouragement due to the downward spiral of the conversation quality of the forums. We will be back together soon.

Since I joined this merry group of SVX loving, internet addicted, comedians, I've always logged on to www.Subaru-svx.net I have tried to log on at the svxworldnetwork.org site and cannot. Although it says that I have logged on I am unable to post and Have no access to my CP...
As to the qualiity of the posts I think that there are ways to remedy that. I enjoyed the "family" atmosphere that we enjoyed while we were trying to maintain a sort of decorm here. I think some gentle reminders by the moderators that rude and abusive language is frowned on and that our main topic is SVX and related items would go a long way to re-establishing the feeling we had just a few months ago. I would like to be involved in some way with the Org. It would be a shame if after all the work that the volunteers had put out, we fell apart. I will remain watchful and willing to offer my help if I'm able to assist.
