Good news and some bad news

I finally got my car back from the dealer today. She runs beautifully again (it was the Duty Solinoid C which had gone bad).

The bad news is it cost $712.21 for that and a new tranny mount. That plus the $750 in preventative mantainence I did (which didn't prevent the solinoid from going bad when I picked it up I might add) pretty much takes me out of running to go to Lafayette unless a miracle happens in the next week. I still need to do my timing belt and get a new radiator in the very near future.

I'm really bummed

Lafayette is back in the plans again

It was Michelle, she got to me with printing my nametag. I haven't slept in a week with visions of my nametag sitting alone and rejected on some table. Actually, my wife is being a real sport about the whole thing. Looks like we'll be heading out on Friday night (Bobby I'll email you with my details if your still looking to drive out together). I'd say 6ish would be about the time I'd leave unless you want to go earlier. I'm sure I can sneak out. Just pray my Magnum Steel Radiator bulge holds out for 2000 miles.

Randy said it all (HOORAY!)!!!

We can't afford to have any cancel out at this late hour. We would like more cars, not less to attend. We have to show the Meet Monster who's Boss. I think we are.

Hey Bobby!

So who all do you have going with ya? 5-5:30 would be fine. I sent you either a P.M. or an email. Not sure where they go through here. It has my email and phone #. Come up with a place and time. I can be there with bells on.
