Some life changes, time to renew my lust

Well, after almost two and a half years, my wife decided to throw in the towl, saying that she realized she was never ready to be married. If you all want to hear about my problems, I'll start a thread on that, but for this one, that was just background information. Considering I won't be supporting her after next month, and I get to sew on staff sergeant in August, I'll have an extra $400-$500 of disposable cash each paycheck (read: 1st and 15th). I'm sure most of you don't remember me (I was on here back in September 04-February 05), I will more than likely have the money to be buying one around Christmas time (maybe a present for myself?). I guess the whole point of this thread is to reintroduce myself, and to look for motivation. I lose interest in things quickly, and the SVX is no different. Even though I've wanted one since my first glance in high school, I go through phases. Help me out here Give me a swift kick in the behind if I start having doubts and make sure I remember why I fell in love with this car!

Hey, I'm glad you're back and I definitely remember your contributions in the past. Sorry to hear about the situation with your soon-to-be-exwife...

If you have the extra $$$, look into buying a super clean low mileage SVX - or find one that you can *save* that has a super clean body & interior but might need an engine or tranny (or both).

Welcome back!
