e-mail bombardment

I know there is a way to stop all the world forum posts from going to my e-mail but the last time I tried I could not get logged on to this network. Can someone give me a link on how to keep all of these post from my inbox.

Click on "user cp" then "all subscribed threads". Should list all your thread subscriptions, then "unsubscribe from all threads".

And as you post, make sure you uncheck the "Email Notification" box next to options.

why would you ever want to uncheck that? that is the only email i ever get

I prefer to subscribe to threads, only without any email notification. works great for me, and i have record in my usercp of all the threads i've posted in

actually recently my gmail account has started to get some spam, althrough it all goes into the spam folder thankfully.
