Performance Intake Sensor
Did anybody try the performance intake sensor listed on ebay?? it is really very cheap (around $1) does it have good results? anybody? does it affect the V1 chip if installed?

Ive seen something like that on ebay before too. I dont think its anything special....

I imagine you're referring to the resistors you attach to the mass airflow sensor. Basically they convince the engine that it's receiving more air than it is, so it adds fuel. Since its not actually receiving the air it needs to burn that fuel, all it does is waste gas.
Don't buy it.

... what air fuel ratio does the SVX typically run at under WOT?
if its above 13.5 or so i'd think we'd actually gain a very small bit of power from it.. not that it would be "good" for the engine.. I'd be interested to see how much it hurts/helps on a dyno though... CHIKETD!!!! buy the resister and try it on your car for one dyno run
