SVX-Superstar,

Welcome to the SVX family. We are one happy disfunctional family. Owning an SVX is like a good marrige; "It's for better AND worse".
I suggest that you also join the SVX Club on Yahoo.
Most SVXers are members of both clubs. Each site has pros & cons and some like me are excons.

"Superstar" let me add my welcome to your welcomed welcomes. Sit back and enjoy the "personalities" and join in when you feel led to. I see you're from Lincoln, NE. My wife was born in Lincoln, and raised in Omaha. We still have family in Omaha and in Grand Island. Perhaps we'll meet up some day as we make a trek back to visit my wife's family. GO BIG RED!

Welcome aboard, as well as the other new members that have joined recently. You'll find this is quite a collection of characters.

No? Yes? Yes!

BTW Leo, that wouldn't be Offut AFB would it? Of course, that would be closer to Omaha (Bellvue - SP) and where GW went after the 9-11 incidents. There's a little burger joint called "Stella's" near there where my room mate and I used to go for real "diner-type" "flatten them with the spatula" burgers. We always accused Stella of flattening them in her armpits. She had BIG armpits.

Flatten 'em w/a spatula, Steak & shake does that.

We have a place like Stella's here,

We call it Sweaty Betty's. I don't even remember the real name of the place.
