Subaru DEX = Scion xD !!!?

Looks like the time has come. First Subaru giving up a whole assembly line for Toyota and later came up with speculations that Subaru is gonna release a convertible coupe in collaboration with Toyota and all of a sudden out of the blue, released this DEX model in Japan. Basically looks like Scion xD with some exterior cosmetic changes. Hmm... seems like Subaru is gonna go with Toyota without anything of their own. They even delayed Exigo introduction just to let Toyota release their Venza.
