HVAC blowers/fans & fuel gauge non-op,

They are seperate issues, but I have no idea what happened.

HVAC system, initially the fan would only blow at high setting.

Then it intermittently would stop working. Now it is completely dead.

Fuses are good, where should I go from there?

Fuel gauge, went out when start changed out the fuel pump. I am not sure what happened or if I messed up the linkages.

Any hints on were to start looking?

The blower issue is probably a malfunction of the climate control unit itself and you will probably need a new unit. It seems to be relatively common.
