What air pressure on what machine? Some of us don't know what you did. I'm curious on what that means.
It was a blow mold machine and all the air adjustments are on the front. If you turn it down, It doesn't have enough air pressure to blow up the part and starts making bad parts so they have to stop the machine and try to fix it. They claim it's happened more than once and that it had to be me because I'm the only there with enough know how to know what they do and know to turn them. Plus they say they have a witness who told them I said that I did it. It's all one big lie after another. Sabotage is not my style and if I needed a break that bad, I'd simply hit the E stop or manual button and go do whatever it is I needed to do so bad.

Sounds more to me that they needed a fall guy for bad quality then. They must have a customer they shipped bad parts to and needed to satisfy.

So chances are, it wasn't personal at all. You may be a victim of management.

Is there anyway you can legally get your hands on recent customer quality reports? Ya never know.....

Honestly I'm not even going to deal with the losers. I'll just find something better and forget I ever worked for that bunch of pricks. I think it was just time for me to go and they found the right circumstance to blame me for and get rid of me. I mean come on, I've been there only 2 1/2 years and was 2nd in seniority because nobody is ever there that long. They use you till you earn top pay and benefits and then they fire you to hire in some immigrant for starting pay and no benefits. I was starting to become a minority in the place anyway and it was getting annoying not being able to communicate with anyone unless you spoke russian or spanish. I guess what I'm trying to say is: **** that place.

I haven't even considered another job yet. I'm gonna try to make it in the SVX world for now by buying up SVX's to restore and part out. I have another one on the way this weekend. Thanks for all your thoughts guys.

Living in CA, I realized I had taken the wrong foreign language in school. I had a few years of German and well there is no lick of German speaking people out there. Mexican, Philippinoes, Chinese, etc...You can go into a store asking a clerk in San Diego a question and then you realize they do not speak English...

At the local Taco-Bell, " HOTORMILSAU?" Ebonics for "hot or mild sauce". My reply, " NO, I gave at the office"!!
I guess you could move to Maryland, and help Tom and me corner the Subaru market. You might have to learn to speak 'Redneck' though!

Jason,
Sorry to hear of your situation! But as someone has already mentioned. Most times something like this turns out to be a blessing, cause you find a better job and situation in general.

Good luck on the job hunt!
Harry
